At Luxury Item, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. We gladly accept returns for store credit or an exchange - please note that we do not offer refunds.

We kindly ask that you take care when trying on items. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be sent back at the sender’s expense.
Once your return or exchange has been approved, please securely package your item and include your original receipt(proof of purchase). We recommend obtaining a tracking number for your return to ensure proof of delivery.

Loss or Damage:
We strongly recommend using a tracked or registered postal service when returning your items, as Luxury Item cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Please double-check your shipping address when placing or returning an order. Luxury Item is not liable for loss due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
We are also not responsible for any damages during shipment, or for locating lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered - this applies to both domestic and international orders.
If you'd like to add extra services, such as signature on delivery or shipping insurance, please include a note on your order and we’ll contact you via email to confirm availability and pricing.
Faulty Items:
Goods are considered faulty only if a manufacturing defect is present. All Luxury Item garments undergo thorough quality control before shipment.
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or general wear and tear. Please follow our care instructions carefully, as we cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged due to incorrect care.
